Line-Following Robot
Designed and implemented the robot’s control system (including adaptive sensor calibration and drive mechanism), which increased the robot’s maneuverability and accuracy, achieving 91% line-tracking precision.
Overview
Created an autonomous analyzing sensor datasets algorithm to calibrate the robot’s manoeuvring performance.
Python libraries were used to collect, process, and analyze sensor data, enabling the calculation of precise threshold values critical for stable and dynamic vehicle maneuvering, even when subjected to physical interference or unexpected obstacles.
Warehouse Boxes Image Detection with Computer Vision
Designed and implemented a real-time computer vision system for detecting and classifying cardboard boxes, with the goal of integrating it into autonomous robots for factory logistics. The solution was built using Python and deep learning models to ensure reliable detection under varied conditions and environments.
Overview
YOLO – Trained deep learning models for real-time box detection and evaluation, optimizing for deployment in autonomous factory robots.
OpenCV – Built a real-time image processing pipeline for live webcam input, including bounding box rendering and confidence threshold adjustments.
Roboflow – Created and augmented a custom dataset of over 1,300 labeled images; analyzed annotation heatmaps to ensure data diversity and reduce bias.
Python – Developed live webcam inference tools and detection logic using python libraries and trained on both local and cloud platforms.
VR ESP32 Motion Tracking Controller for Meta Quest Labyrinth game
Participated in the 4-day Erasmus+ BIP course “Tangible Interfaces for VR Applications” during International Week 2025 in Belgium.
In a team, we developed a VR motion tracking game controller using ESP32 microcontroller and accelerometer to control a labyrinth game which we developed for Meta Quest 3 VR headset.
I was primarily responsible for ROS communication and technical documentation.

ESP32 controller & ADXL345 accelerometer– Implemented sensor-based motion tracking via accelerometers and embedded systems.

Bluetooth HID Communication – Learned Bluetooth gamepad development by implementing custom HID descriptors

ROS & Python Integration – Was responsible for publishing live pitch and roll data from ESP32 to ROS on a virtual machine for visualization and debugging.

Cross-functional Development – Collaborated with other teammates to integrate hardware, firmware, and game engine logic in Godot.
LEM Hadron - Electric Motorsport Motorcycle Schematic Design & Wiring Harness
Designed the telemetry system for an electric motorsport motorcycle — an upgraded successor to the LEM Tachyon (pictured below) — which will compete in the MotoStudent 2025 World Championships. The system integrates 13 sensors into a cohesive data acquisition architecture, significantly enhancing the team’s ability to monitor performance metrics and inform future design iterations.

Led the design and implementation of the motorcycle’s wiring harness and electrical schematics under a tight 6-month deadline, ensuring robust performance and reliability for motorsport racing.

Choosing sensors and harness components to meet both performance goals and a strict PLN 25,000 electronics budget.

Conducted thorough analysis of previous motorcycle designs, identifying and addressing past schematic errors to enhance design efficiency and reliability in the new motorcycle.

Created detailed yet intuitive documentation, designed for ease of comprehension by less-technical team members, significantly improving team-wide understanding of electrical system concepts and implementation and maintenance.

Designed a modular wiring harness design for easy disassembly, enabling quick repairs, faster pit stops, and simple removal of unnecessary telemetry sensors when not required to reduce motorcycle weight.

Designed and built a device which generates electricity when you walk.

Motor Research and Selection: Conducted motor research and selected a stepper motor for optimal electricity generation due to its low RPM capabilities.
Model Design and Development: Designed and developed models using Fusion 360.
Prototyping and Final Design: Utilized 3D printing for prototypes and the final design.
Circuit Design and Assembly: Designed and assembled the circuit, including wiring and soldering.
Testing and Evaluation: Conducted testing for efficiency and ergonomics.
LEM Electric Go-Kart Controller Repair
Diagnosed and repaired the electronic go-kart controller for LEM Motorsport (Wrocław University of Science & Technology), successfully restoring full functionality and eliminating the cost of a replacement unit.

- Disassembled the go-kart’s electrical system to inspect the PCB, identifying faulty components.
- Analyzed documentation of the components and electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues.
- Utilized diagnostic sensors and electronic meters to pinpoint and replace faulty components, restoring functionality through precise soldering and wiring.
